San Diego, Calif., October 17, 2019 — NanoCellect Biomedical Inc., a leader in the development and manufacture of microfluidic cell sorting solutions for cell-based assays, today announced an exclusive agreement with Singapore-based Research Instruments Pte Ltd to distribute NanoCellect’s WOLF® Cell Sorter, N1 Single-Cell Dispenser, consumables and software in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
NanoCellect’s microfluidic solutions allow researchers to analyze and separate biological samples one cell at a time, enabling researchers to isolate cells or populations of interest from the rest of the sample more gently than conventional technology.
“Increasing demand for our WOLF System from Southeast Asia led us to find a strong technical distribution partner for this growing region. Research Instruments was the obvious partner given their long and proven history of delivering novel technology and excellent customer support,” said Chris Neary, CEO of NanoCellect Biomedical Inc. “Their existing portfolio aligns with our products to further advance cellular analysis research for their new and existing customers.” Continued Neary, “In October, we look forward to partnering with Research Instruments to present the benefits of the WOLF Cell Sorter to improve sample preparation at the 10x Genomics User’s Group Meeting in Singapore.”
“NanoCellect’s microfluidic cell sorting technology is truly unique in many ways, and we are seeing a strong demand in the region. We are delighted to work with the team at NanoCellect and bring these amazing tools to our customers base,” said Gregor Kent, CEO of Research Instruments.
