Stem Cell Application for the WOLF G2 Cell Sorter

Stem Cell Research Is Complex,
Isolating Them Doesn't Have To Be

The WOLF G2 offers precise and gentle cell sorting to handle delicate stem cells. Its microfluidic technology minimizes cell stress during sorting to preserve viability and integrity for regenerative medicine, disease modeling, or drug development. Whether you're working with pluripotent stem cells, hematopoietic stem cells, or mesenchymal stem cells, the WOLF G2's versatility allows you to adapt to the specific requirements of your research.

What Customers Say

Hear firsthand accounts of how our cell sorting solutions are transforming scientific discoveries.
Right now, the best technology out there for [single stem cell cloning] is the WOLF.
Pluristyx
Single cell clonal outgrowth is “hovering at 45% with the WOLF, whereas with [a droplet based cell sorter] we maxed out at about 35%".
Large Pharma Scientist
The WOLF is easier for a non-crazy engineer to understand and use.

Keep Your Stem Cells Happy

Best-in-class Clonal Outgrowth

Gentle microfluidics eliminate shear stress during cell sorting for a higher number of clones per plate.

Sustained Pluripotency

Gentle microfluidic technology preserves the integrity of iPSCs during sorting, reducing unwanted stem cell differentiation.

Sterile Stem Cell Sorting

Sterile microfluidic cartridges prevent cross-contamination and eliminate aerosols, keeping you and your samples safe.

For Any Scientist

Intuitive design with easy-to-use software requires minimal user training. No expert required.

Flexible Media Capabilities

Traditional PBS sheath fluid isn't always prefered by stem cells. The WOLF G2 can sort stem cells in custom media.

Small and Mighty

No bulky fluidic cart or lines brings cell sorting right to your benchtop, boat, submarine or wherever science takes you.

iPSC Gene Editing

Genetic engineering methods that use viral, electroporation, lipofection or nanoparticles to introduce CRISPR, transposon, and other approaches are imperfect and require downstream selection of the edited cells. The WOLF G2 and N1 Single-Cell Dispenser lead the pack with gentle, sterile, and easy-to-use microfluidic technology to carry edited cells forward for monoclonal expansion and karyotyping. Bring the sorter to your cells by placing the WOLF and N1 on your bench or in your biosafety cabinet and sort on your cells’ schedule.

WOLF G2 and N1 Single-Cell Dispenser: A Reliable Cloning Solution.

The strength of iPSC models has been confirmed by recent FDA approvals of drugs to begin clinical trials based on iPSC-derived organoid data—replacing animal models. But reprogramming fibroblasts to iPSCs, genetically engineering the cells, and driving pluripotent cells to specific lineages can be an inefficient processes. The WOLF G2 Cell Sorter and N1 Single-Cell Dispenser differentiate themselves in single-cell cloning performance. The WOLF preserves pluripotency with gentle, low-pressure, and sterile microfluidic sorting. The N1 rapidly dispenses single cells into 96- or 384-well plates.
